We arranged a drop in event upstairs in the Golden Lane Estate Community Centre on 27 April 2023.

Residents were able to visit during the afternoon to talk to members of the project team, have a look at design boards and ask the architects for information and provide feedback.

Later on, the event became a question-and-answer session with a discussion of a range of topics, including the pilot flat, the time scale for the works, temporary relocation of residents and the cost to leaseholders.

38 residents signed in and there were about ten members of the project team in attendance to answer enquiries. Three residents left comments.
